Weather in Puhuket
Weather wise, the best time of the year to visit Phuket is November through March. This is during the cool monsoon season when temperatures are 75÷F to 89÷F (24÷C to 32÷C). The hottest time to visit is is April to May. THE BEST combination of weather and prices is during June, July and August. The weather is hot, but bearable and Phuket is uncrowded. Patong Beach on Phuket was one of the worst affected areas in the tsunami. Since then, the area has been rebuilt and recovered from the tsunami and today the resorts are back in business.

This tour takes you to the world famous bridge on the River Kwai, built during World War II by the prisoners of war. The bridge is located near the town of Kanchanaburi, 130 kms. west of Bangkok. You will visit the two well-kept cemeteries, which contain the graves of an estimated 9,000 Allied soldiers who lost their lives while building the bridge and constructing the notorious “Death Railway” which the Japanese had hoped to stretch all the way to the Burmese border.
